Walking thru the Drive Thru in Hardee's..

My sis asked me why I didn't post this story. I said,"I will .. I will ..it's on the list." Honestly, I had forgotten about it. It got lost in the middle of three months of boredom!

So this past summer, while enjoying being home. I, my sis, and two of my cousins, let's call them Hanna and Anna, decided to go out. A quick introduction to them, my sis had just finished high school and were waiting for the colleges admission results to come out; Hanna is older than Anna, and she is senior Architectural Engineering student in JUST (Jordan University for Science and Technology); Anna is a Sophomore in JU (Jordan University). We really get along together, and have fun. More important, despite our natural tendencies to be loud we get louder when with each other.

We first went to play bowling. Worth mentioning that we went to the coed floor, as there is an all men floor and a coed floor. The coed floor is much nicer of course, and you see all kind of people. Starting from those who are double dating, to girls groups coming to have some fun. Hanna and Anna has bowled before, but not much, and my sis was bowling for the first time. The combination of beginner players that don't really care about the game and they are there for fun led to hilarious situations! We were loud as usual, but we didn't care, cuz that was fun. Right next to us a group of five girls bowling and trying to be cool by being ghetto; singing and dancing to Snoop Dogg's songs that they were singing, pretty interesting!!

After bowling, it was dinner time. We drove to Hardee's (yes, there is hardee's in Amman). If you don't already know, Hardee's out there is kind of a high class restaurant. I mean it isn't like super high class, but it's much more better than fast food restaurants here, and that is the same for all chain fast food restaurant in Amman. Anyways, The line inside was LOONG. Seriously, like more than 20 people in line. Hanna came up with the brilliant idea; "let's go to the drive thru," she said. I said, "that might be faster." We were walking back to the car, when she came up with a more brilliant idea, "You know, let's walk through the drive thru!" I said, "are you serious?" After ten minutes of loud debates, in the parking lot, between the four of us, we decided to go ahead and WALK through the DRIVE THRU. The guy in the first booth thought we are kidding. It took us a little while to convince him to do it, and he finally did. He thought we are crazy, well, he was right, we are!

The four of us stood in line between cars. Having fun, being loud, and virtually driving a car, we proceeded between the cars. Now, you can imagine all the looks we got, pretty funny faces we saw. When we got to the last booth, the car in front of us just drove off. We were proud to be so loud tht we drove someone off! The guy giving us the order, was surprised, but poor him he was too busy to be in shock or whatever. He looked at us and said,"are you serious?" We said,"ya, and give us empty cups, because we gonna set inside." He just laughed. We got our food, and walked inside the restaurant.

Looking for a table to set at, we chose that table all the way in the back, right next to that couple who were having a romantic dinner!! We found pleasure in ruining their lovely romantic dinner. LOL, that couple were an infinite supply of jokes.

After we were full, we passed by BK to buy food for those at home, this time actually driving through the drive thru! The poor Egyptian said Whopper in his funny accent, and Hanna broke out in laughter! She kept laughing on the poor guy for 30 mins!!!

Anyways, that was the story for walking thru the drive thru!!
