Because the World Revolves Around Me ...

Very few people actually doesn't believe so. In fact, I claim that this statement is deeply believed by most people that live in America. Yes, I exactly, and only, said, "live in America." Do you disagree? Do you not like that? Don't go all crazy and defensive on me. Wait, I am trying to put together a post explaining my point about the claim. The post is not intended to defend my self, to excusing some of my weird tendencies, but to expel the statement from my head, therefore, never act upon it.

So far, I'm still on a break! My classes were canceled today, just like the last two days. Tomorrow, I have 9-1. I have 17 hrs now, but that, of course, will not last beyond this weekend. I have 16 hrs of engineering, and a 1 hr of weight lifting--3 hrs of actual meeting time. I have never thought I would take a such a class, but I am taking it to force myself to go. Anyways, I want to drop an engineering class, but there is this evil voice in my head that keeps telling me to go for a 16 hrs semester. I can do it, but the question is, do I want to do it? Seriously, do I want to put my self through that agony and pain? Probably not :)

Classes I am taking:
-- Flight Dynamics: Looking for it. It is the first class where we actually learn equations for how the plane react.
-- Flight Dynamics Lab: We go to the flight simulators room to fly planes, and write reports about that. Now, I should be able to do it. If I can fly actual plane, I should fly simulators : ))
-- Propulsion: All I know is the title, though, I heard the prof is hard and takes the class to a bar after the first test!!
-- Space Dynamics: Learning about orbits and stuff, couldn't care less about this class. I aint going space!!
-- Measurements: This is a lab. The hard part about it is that we have to write a report every week.
-- Weight Lifting ...
-- (Optional) Flight Controls: I don't really like this class a lot. But I had the prof tht teaches this class for another class, and she is a good prof. She writes good recommendation letters : P

I'm all ready for school. I only need to move upstairs, back to my room, since I spent all of my time in the living room : ))

This break was all right. I didn't do much of the school related work that I intended to do, but conscious dropped them. I needed this time. I watched a lot of movies, rode my bike, flew (only once :( ) and hung out a lot with Ashraf. When he left to Michigan, I sold a car for him. I actually sold it for more than he wanted : )) Also, I bought a car for him : )

Today, I and Ashraf towed the car that I bought for him. He borrowed a friend truck and bought a rope. The Camry was tied by a rope to the truck. I sat in it, and Ashraf was driving the truck. I've never done this, and quite honestly I was very very very stresses. I had not control over the car. It was like skiing. All I could do is brake, which didn't give me enough control over the car. I was afraid that he will brake suddenly and I wont be able to stop quickly. Allhamdulillah it went all right.

Recently, I have been going through what I call mid-college-life-crises. It's just that all the unlimited engineering work got to me. It is a lot of pain, gone without recognition, and seemingly for no reason. However, when the picture is cleared to me, allhamdulillah, I could see it a bit better. I can go back to school relaxed, and planning to go through it relaxed, glad, and happy. Though, that is just a plan. When one has few tests and bunch of hws in one week, it's hard to tell what happens!
