Finals ...

Thursday night, I stayed up untill 7.30, napped for 2 hrs and then went to school.
I had a presentation at 11. It went all right. Not that great though. This class, engineering communication, is absolutly useless. The the teacher did not teach very well. When it came to presentations, she gave very little instructions, and we are already knew all of them, nothing new. I am not too worried about that class.

Then after that, friday was a bit long. A class, Juma, back to school finishing group project. By 4 I had a 2 hrs break, before I go back for an extra credit test. During these two hrs, Ashraf came over, and we planned something for the night.

After I was done with my test, I, Ashraf, and Ala'a went to Wallmart to buy a DVD player and some other stuff for the night. We went back and prepared a feast. Ashraf is teaching me cooking tip. On the other side of the room, Ala'a and my brother are engaged in some serious discussions about what's happening in Lebanon (I don't think I mentioned tht on my Bostorino; my bro moved in to Austin). That was good alhamdulillah. After that, while discussing which movie should we watch. By looking at the empty dead fireplace (yes, I have a fireplace, and I live in TX), Ashraf was inspired of the wht to do. We went to HEB bought some chestnut and sweat potato. We also bought some fake fireplace wood for indoor fires. We fired up the fake wood, and thn ate chestnut for the rest of the nite. the potatos didn't come out right though : ((

Anyways, finals are here. I have three of finals; fluids, which I am not too worried about, I have been doing well there (allhamdulillah); Struc. A, this class tht I screwed up on on thu., I have to bust my !@#! to do well in the final inshallah; EE class, which I am extremely annoyed by, very bad teacher, very unorganized, the final covers 6 chs tht we have covered in 4 lectures, SAD.

Other three classes I have no finals at; Fluids lab, I did well so far; Engineering comm, the TA said I have a solid A, but can't believe it untill see it; BioMechanics, grades are all fine, just waiting for the grade of a paper.

BioMech class is one of my favourite classes in my college career so far. I learned something, and I enjoyed the class at the same time. Never I was setting at the middle of the night being tortured cuz of it. It was such an amazing class, not to forget mentioning that the prof. was amazing.
