Today's workout was for chest. Since I went afternoon and I already had lunch, I decided to max on the bench. So, I did the 225 4 or 5 times. then went down to 205 for couple of sets. but I felt like trying some more wieghts. So I put on 235, and I did it twice ... : ))

Man, I thought tis blog stopped working.
I dont know if you remember but last summer I put on two tens on two plates(245) and you spotted me. I got that up once. I tried putting the 2.5's on(250) but I didnt get it. Now i know, my goal is to get that 225 up ten times. If I can use that thing for 10 times than I thin I have reached my goals and will be satisfied. Then I will just worry about shape and cuts.
