Snow, snow, snow ..... snow and more snow ...

Ok ... we had A LOT of snow this weekend. Like almost 2 feet of snow. I didn't know it was a real hard snow storm until I heard that in the news. It wasn't as strong in Boston, but in New York it made some records! wow that was cool. I mean the streets are still white. I pretty much spent half of Sunday shuffling the snow off the driveway.
A friend sent me an e-mail, and when I replied I came up with the 11 reasons that I -- and everybody should-- like snow ...

1) True you can't go to the GYM, or as matter of fact, you can't go anywhere. BUT, you get a natural work out by shuffling the snow off the driveway, just like Rocky did in Russia! who knows may be by the end of this co-op I'll be a professional boxer.
2) You can watch as much movie as you can, without feeling guilty of wasting your time laying down on the couch.
3) As everybody is locked up at home, it's a good excuse to get to know your neighbors, add to that the time you spend shuffling the snow with them, and if you are lucky you get some home cooked dinner from the family lives in the third floor, that's if you haven't just had dinner : ((
4) A natural mattress allow you to jump around, slip and fall without killing yourself. I always wanted to have this kinna ground in a soccer field. hmmm, a snow-soccer field. but the trick is that if you slip and fall after you finish shuffling, it hurts...
5) For once you don't see the ugliness of the streets, nor that they are designed more to hurt your car rather than ease the ride.
6) you don't feel like getting online, hence you don't receive any email until two days later, because no matter who you are nor what's your major, you feel the beauty of nature and you feel what they call "bonds with nature"
7) You get some time to initiate the process of formatting your laptop, which I've been putting off for quite a loooooong time.
8) You cook some really good meals in snow.
9) You get to read the magazines that you bought coupla weeks ago, just to remember why did you stop buying them few months ago, and that you decided not to trust the cover.
10) After couple of hours in the snow, you will really appreciate being warm.
11) Latifa loves snow. Though, she is kinna "naive"; she thought I threw a party for her comeback. She knew the truth. a little heart broken, but she is a good girl she is doin well now. we also had a small fight, cuz I didn't take her in ride in the snow ... (She thinks I didn't trust her! ... girls! )
See, no matter what everybody say, I think snow creates some nice jolly atmosphere. hmmm, jolly ... jolly .. *light sparking in my head*
AHA ... that's why people wait it in Christmas, jolly... hmmm .... I'M GENIUS .... (is that how genius spelled?)
